This was just unfortunate, sowe have to deal with that fact that missed an opportunity.Your comment, however, was very uncooperative.MJ provided us with the evaluation method documents previously, and weshared that info with Standard Cable.But Standard Cable was still struggling to fully understand the testingespecially for the cold resistant test because they were not familiar withthat.Providing a video clip should give Standard Cable more clear detail of whatMakita is looking for and how the Standard Cable sample is performing toMakita's demand.Shooting a video should not be very difficult work. I believed the requestwas reasonable.And a large file should be able to be transferred by some other commonmethods (Makita T-drive, or other large file transfer service methods).MCA is trying to achieve our cost saving.
